As external works progress on each floor, the scaffold will progressively be removed revealing Orilla's beautiful facade. Construction works on the recreational space towards Woodcliffe Crescent have commenced.

Internally, partitioning, painting, and installation of services, joinery and flooring are progressing up the building. The Energex builder's works have been completed in preparation for the pad mount install which will supply permanent power to building. The residents lift installation is also nearing completion and the storm water outlet works have commenced.

Looking ahead to December, the stormwater works are expected to be completed. The internal and external works will progress throughout the building.
Welcome to your November construction update. Traders In Purple is pleased to share the following update regarding construction progress at Orilla. In November, following the topping out of the structure in late October, the external rendering has commenced on Level 8 and will progress down the building. Balustrade and metal privacy screen installation will soon also commence on Level 8 and progress down the building.
