Welcome to your monthly construction update. As we enter the cooler months at Woody Point, Traders In Purple is excited to share the following update regarding construction progress at Orilla.

Marking an exciting milestone, the Level 1 slab was completed in May. This is the first level with apartments and podium access out to the resident's pool. The construction team have commenced installation of the first precast panels and the planter walls that wrap the perimeter of Level 1apartments.

Also in May, the vertical columns from Level 1 to Level 2 have been completed. The formwork, steel fixing and services rough-in has commenced on Level 2 and the first slab pour on this level was completed in late May.

Looking ahead to June, we anticipate the Level 2 slab pours will be completed and the builder will commence formwork in preparation for Level 3 slab pours.
