Welcome to the June 2024 construction update. Traders In Purple is pleased to share the following update regarding construction progress at Orilla.

In June, the construction team have achieved the completion of slab pours at Level 2 and Level 3. The formwork is underway for Level 4, in preparation for slab pours early in July. The wrapping of the perimeter scaffold continues up the building.

The formwork back propping is being removed from the lower levels, allowing for high level hydraulic and electrical services rough-in through from Basement to commence.

Looking ahead to July, the people and materials hoist will be installed and we anticipate Level 4 and 5 concrete slabs will be poured. The construction team will continue removing back propping from the lower levels to trigger the start of the finishing trades which includes glazing and internal framing
