Welcome to the monthly construction update. Traders In Purple is pleased to share the following update regarding construction progress at Orilla.

Since our November construction update, the Orilla site team have made significant progress. Services fit-off and joinery installation is progressing on Levels 1 to 4. Tiling to wet areas is nearing completion to Level 4 with waterproofing complete to Level 5. Painting and carpentry fit-off has commenced at Level 6. Services rough-in and partitioning is complete to Level 7 and commenced on Level 8. Glazing installation is complete to all levels.

Externally, scaffold stripping and external facade finishes are working together down the building revealing Orilla's beautiful facade! The Energex transformer works are complete, connecting the building to mains power supply. Installation of the NBN pits has been completed, this forms part of the NBN infrastructure to connect Orilla to the NBN network.

Looking ahead to February, the scaffold stripping and external facade finishes will continue. The hoist and crane removal is due to commence. The residents' lifts that service between the carpark and apartment levels will be commissioned. The third lift which services the residents' amenities on Level 1 will be installed. Internally, the services and finishes will continue up the building.
