Welcome to the monthly construction update. Traders In Purple is pleased to share the following update regarding construction progress at Orilla.

The residential lifts that service the apartments from the Carpark toLevel8 have been commissioned and are operational. The people and materials hoist has been removed and the slab infills have commenced. The building's roof has been waterproofed and installation of the AC condensers have commenced. The scaffolding continues to drop with most of the East and West facades and part of the North exposed. The brick works and roof structures to the Level 1recreational space is complete and the pool works are underway. The site's stormwater works are completed.

Internally, the apartments are progressing well. Internal framing, sheeting and services rough in is complete on all levels. Painting is complete to Level 7 and tiling is complete to Level 6. Joinery installation has progressed to Level 6.

Looking ahead, the crane removal is scheduled to commence in March. Landscaping works will also commence and the fit out and finishes will continue up the building.
