Welcome to your April construction update. Traders In Purple is pleased to provide the following update regarding construction progress at Orilla.

The ground floor slab was completed in early April and all vertical walls between ground floor and Level 1 slab are in place. The construction team have completed the formwork and steel fixing to Level 1. In an exciting milestone, the first pour to Level 1 (the first level of apartments) is now finalised. Each level's slab is poured in two sections.

Perimeter scaffolding to Level 1 has been completed and will be extended up the building as construction progresses. Unity water has installed the main water connection to the property.

During May, we anticipate that the Levels 1 and 2 slab pours will be completed. The construction team will continue the vertical walls on Level 1slab, and increase scaffolding to Level 2. The formwork, steel fixing and services rough-in will also commence onLevel2.
